The scope of this presentation is to comprehensively analyze the current state of hydrogen-readiness of domestic gas appliances equipment, such as furnace, boiler and others, and propose the possible limits to run them on blends of natural gas & hydrogen. We’ll cover these topics:
- Identify the factors to promote the use of hydrogen in place of natural gas in home appliances.
- Evaluate the current state of appliances related to Hydrogen-Readiness.
- Formulate a readiness map based on each of the identified factors that affects the use of hydrogen in place of natural gas in the near or long term for different blends.
