Kevin Larmer

Kevin Larmer is the Senior Director, Policy and Regulation at the Canadian Gas Association. In this capacity, Kevin leads industry-wide initiatives aimed at preserving and expanding natural gas markets in Canada. His work focuses on engaging residential, commercial, and industrial sectors with the value of natural gas as an affordable, reliable energy source.

Kevin is a strategic leader in driving national collaborations on utility technology, setting the agenda for new innovations and their implementation. He plays a pivotal role in advancing key areas such as renewable natural gas (RNG), hydrogen integration, energy efficiency standards, and other cutting-edge developments in the natural gas sector.

With nearly 30 years of experience in the utilities industry, Kevin’s deep expertise positions him as a key figure in shaping the future of energy in Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa and studied Business Management and Marketing at Mount Royal College in Calgary.
